Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
Great news – we now ship internationally! Please note that we are not liable for any duties or taxes due to import regulations of your home country. Please check with your local authority before placing an order with us.
How much is shipping?
All orders over HK$200 include free shipping in HK and Macau! Below that we charge a flat rate of HK$20. International rates start at US$5.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. If we expect this to take longer, our team will be in touch. Local orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, and international orders in 7-14 days.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you’re unhappy with your order, get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. We can help you refund it. All return shipment costs are the buyer’s own responsibility.
Help - something is broken/missing!
We’re very sorry! Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Watch this space as we will soon be acception AliPay and Octopus. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, PayMe or cash, get in touch on email@example.com and we can help arrange that for you.
